Apple sharlotka

One 24 cm tin · 1 hour

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 180 g sugar
• 150 g flour
• 4 sour apples

Method

1. Beat eggs with sugar until pale and thick, about 7 minutes.
2. Fold in the flour gently.
3. Pour over sliced apples in a buttered tin.
4. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
